General Operative Days – Monday to Friday – 07.00 - 16.00 Monday to Thursday, 07.30 - 13.45 Fridays Alcester, B49 £12.71 per hour
rising to £14.40
A family run business based in Alcester are currently recruiting for a
General Operative
to join their team. This role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
This position will also offer pay increases once the trial period is successfully completed, rising to £14.40 per hour.
Responsibilities of a General Operative: Operating bespoke machinery
Preparing materials
Having a fine eye for detail
Inspection of parts and products
Working within a team to hit targets For employees who demonstrate they can work to a good standard and prove their reliability, potential permanent contracts and future career progression within the business.
