At Enerven, we’re connecting you with tomorrow. About the role Enerven are excited continue our partnership with Origin as we move into Stage 2 of the Eraring Battery Project. The second stage of the project will add a 240 MW / 1030 MWh two-hour duration grid-forming battery to the 460 MW / 1073 MWh two-hour duration first stage battery development already under construction. It is anticipated to come online at the end of the 2025 calendar year, with works continuing to 2026 for Stage 2. Stage 1 and 2 works will be happening simultaneously, with stage 3 upcoming also, increasing the combined capacity of the facility to 700MW / 2800MW. Enerven will provide Balance of Plant Design and Construction services. We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to be based onsite at Eraring, and reporting directly to the Construction Manager. Day to day responsibilities include: overseeing WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire worksite supervising overall work group performance, including productivity, stakeholder engagement and compliance coordination between subcontractors, internal staff and external stakeholders commissioning interface work planning to ensure schedule and project outcomes are met ensuring resource utilisation is cost-effective to meet budget needs. In addition to the above, you'll provide direct leadership and supervision for multiple employees and subcontractors and be the driving force behind our dedicated team delivering a large-scale project on time and to client requirements. Ideally you will live locally, or be open to a relocation to the area (generous relocation support on offer). However for the the right candidate we have flexibility to discuss a FIFO/DIDO arrangement. About you You’re a dynamo with a proven track record leading large-scale BESS projects. You’ll have excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills enabling you to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and address project challenges.
