Responsibilities
1. Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
2. Manage operational activities, promoting efficiency, risk management, and compliance.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support operations and align with bank objectives and SLAs.
4. Lead and develop operational teams, providing coaching and support.
5. Develop KPIs to measure operational effectiveness, leveraging data and technology for improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies related to customer experience.
7. Create a safe environment for colleagues to share feedback.
8. Work with HR to implement retention initiatives and manage attrition.
