BrewDog Milton Keynes are on the hunt for a Kitchen Manager to join our crew. You’ll run the kitchen, the engine room of the bar, leading the team, driving high standards and delivering great food as part of a great bar experience

About The Role
As Kitchen Manager of BrewDog Milton Keynes you will lead from the front, motivating and developing your kitchen team. You will also:
7. Deliver our burger & wings menu to spec - fast, fresh and consistent
8. Own the kitchen standards, organisation and compliance
9. Manage performance, GP, prep, waste and safety
10. Build a positive kitchen culture based on respect, teamwork and development
11. Work closely with the site management team to deliver great service every day
About You
You’ll bring:
12. Experience running a kitchen team (Kitchen Manager/Head Chef level)
13. A passion for consistency, quality and developing your team
14. Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance
15. A hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure
16. A mindset focused on improving, driving standards and delivering great service
