What you will be doing:
1. Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
2. Take initiative to add a personalized experience
3. Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
4. Multi-skilled and able to help with Breakfast; occasional night shifts required to cover sickness and holidays
Your experience and skills include:
1. Service-focused personality is essential
2. Experience is an asset
3. Prior experience working with Front Office PMS or a related system
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
