Factory Operative - Colchester £12.78 per hour | Full-Time | Temporary Ongoing | Monday to Friday (07:30 - 16:00) We're currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a thriving and reputable company based in Colchester, Essex. Working Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00 (hours may vary) £12.78 per hour Weekly pay Key Responsibilities: Assisting skilled machine operators with the manufacturing process Following production schedules to meet daily targets Feeding materials and components into machines Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Supporting various aspects of the production and manufacturing process Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred) Ability to use hand and power tools confidently Capable of manual handling and heavy lifting when required A proactive attitude and willingness to learn This is a great chance to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
