Planning Solicitor (NQ-5) – Edinburgh
A highly regarded Planning & Environment team is seeking a Solicitor (up to 5 years' PQE) to support continued growth in Edinburgh.
This is an opportunity to work on high-quality, often high-profile matters across both contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental law.
The Work
You’ll advise a diverse client base including developers, energy companies and public sector bodies. Work includes:
* Planning applications, appeals and development strategy
* Renewable energy and infrastructure projects
* Residential and commercial development matters
* Planning disputes and litigation, including judicial review
* Environmental and regulatory advice

About You
* Have up to 5 years’ PQE in planning and/or environmental law
* Are commercially aware with a pragmatic approach

Experience across both contentious and non-contentious planning matters is beneficial, but not essential.
