With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.
Well, what about the team?
We are looking for an App Store Optimisation (ASO) Manager to join our Global Marketing Services team. The purpose of the role will be to significantly grow the volume of new players and profit acquired via our gambling apps in all markets and to migrate existing web-based players to using them.
This will be a highly impactful role that will involve a lot of strategy, planning, prioritisation, and ASO delivery to ensure that optimisations are consistently identified and implemented on time. To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly experienced in the latest ASO techniques and be comfortable driving and executing the optimisations in-house with the assistance of our internal teams.
So, what will you be doing?
* Driving continuous improvement across all of our app store presence.
* Competing to maximise our position and outperform the competition.
* Experimenting and innovate to keep us at the cutting edge of ASO trends and strategies.
* Evangelising app marketing at Bally’s.
* Educating our native development teams and drive a regular app update cycle.
* Developing keyword strategies for all of our apps.
* Identifying relevant keywords and phrases users are likely to search for when looking for our apps.
* Optimising app titles, descriptions, and other metadata.
* Conducting competitor analysis to understand best in class ASO strategies and identify opportunities.
* Ensuring keyword strategies align with paid marketing efforts.
* Optimising app store listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and keywords.
* Ensuring app icons, screenshots, and preview videos are optimised to attract users and help us stand out in a crowded market.
* Managing app localisation for different languages and regions.
* Tracking app store rankings, downloads, and user engagement metrics.
* Analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Creating reports to communicate ASO performance and insights.
* Conducting A/B tests to optimise app store listings and improve conversion rates.
* Staying up to date with the latest ASO trends and best practices.
And what are we looking for?
* Possess hands on commercial ASO experience on the Google Play and Apple App Store.
* Have demonstrable evidence of successfully implemented ASO strategy.
* Evidence of a strategic mindset.
* Possess strong analytical skills and confident presenting.
* Applied experience with App Store reporting tools.
* Excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
* Have very high attention to detail skills.
