What You’ll Be Doing
Client Relationships & Account Growth
* Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and renewals
* Build trusted relationships through consistent communication and strong commercial understanding
* Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, resolving issues quickly and effectively
* Visit client sites when needed to strengthen relationships and understand operational needs
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless account changes and improvements
Business Development & Revenue Generation
* Identify and deliver upsell opportunities within your existing accounts
* Recommend additional products or services aligned to client needs
* Proactively generate referrals, introductions and testimonials
* Support outbound business development, including targeted outreach
* Qualify new opportunities and contribute to the wider sales process
* Collaborate with commercial teams on proposals and pitches
* Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* 3–5 years’ experience in account management, customer success or sales
* Proven ability to manage and retain client relationships
* Experience working in a commercially driven environment (upselling, renewals)
* Exposure to business development activities (referrals, outreach, pipeline support)
* Confident communicator, both on the phone and in person
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
* Comfortable using CRM systems to track activity and pipeline
Desirable:
* Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue or retention targets
* Experience in sectors such as tech, mobility, real estate or hospitality
* Confidence in building relationships with new prospects from scratch
