A global training and enablement consultancy is seeking a People Business Partner to act as a trusted, inclusive partner to business leaders. This role bridges the gap between strategy and day-to-day experience, empowering managers to lead with empathy, navigate challenges, and foster environments where every individual can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with managers to enable inclusive leadership, wellbeing, and high performance
* Provide proactive, insight-led support across employee experience, engagement, and development
* Translate strategic priorities into scalable, equitable people practices
* Support change management and culture initiatives
Candidate Profile:
* Experienced in business partnering and employee experience
* Skilled at coaching managers and navigating complex people challenges
* Strong communicator with a human-centred, improvement-driven mindset
* Commercially aware and able to balance empathy with business outcomes

* Salary: £50 - 60k depending on experience and impact
* Duration: 6 months (likely to extend)
