We need the ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. We would ideally like experience supporting laptops, mobile devices, printers, and general IT issues. We would ideally like exposure to managed service providers or third-party vendors. We would ideally like a basic understanding of networking, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity. We would ideally like exposure to scripting or development, such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell. Responsibilities: We will have you provide day-to-day IT operations and user support. We will have you support employee onboarding and offboarding, including devices, accounts, and access. We will have you work with our managed service provider on support requests and escalations. We will have you support and improve internal business applications. We will have you coordinate with external technology partners, AI vendors, and developers. We will have you support DevOps workflows, project boards, documentation, and roadmaps. We will have you assist with automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives. We will have you support technology projects from planning through to implementation. We will encourage you to get involved in system improvements, process design, and the rollout of new technology across the business. We will have you work closely with the CTO and teams across the business on a range of IT and digital projects.
