Job Summary
As a EHR Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of products and services working with a multi-disciplinary, skilled digital product team. You will be experienced in managing a multitude of complex products / projects and activities maintaining delivery momentum, solving issues, unblocking problems enabling the team to deliver value.

Person Specification Qualifications
* Masters degree level education in IT or Health-based subjest or equivalent relevant experience
* Evidence of continued professional development, postgraduate qualification or evidence of pursuit of further qualifications
* Product, Project or Programme management professional qualification e.g. SAFe Product Management, Prince2, MSP, Agile, Scrum
Person Specification Experience
* Relevant experience of leading agile / lean product delivery teams
* Experience of strategically leveraging programme/project tools and techniques
* Experience of leading on these techniques with an ability to coach within and outside of the team
* Represent internally and externally of these techniques advocating use and best practice
* Experience of managing multiple complex projects to a successful conclusion
* Ability to forge long-term working partnerships with individuals and groups internally and with external clients
* Experience of managing resources and budgets
* Clear evidence that product or project management within a complex multi-agency environment has been implemented successfully
* Demonstrable track record in delivering complex targets and objectives to tight deadlines
