Private client senior solicitor

Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an award winning regional heavyweight law firm based in Beeston, Nottinghamshire. This is a permanent, full time Private Client job for a Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive. Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive in Beeston, Nottinghamshire, you will become part of one of the region’s leading law firms, recognised for its outstanding reputation and client focused approach. Joining a highly regarded specialist Private Client team, you will handle a diverse and rewarding caseload while delivering exceptional service tailored to each client’s individual needs. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and motivated Private Client fee earner who enjoys building client relationships and providing trusted legal advice across a broad range of private client matters.

• Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, and Trust Registration Scheme work
• Ensure all files are progressed efficiently from initial instruction through to completion, maintaining accurate records and case management updates.
• Advise clients on inheritance tax implications and estate planning strategies
• Handle the full administration of estates, including applications for Grants of Probate and administration of estates through to finalisation.
• Communicate with clients regularly via phone, email, and in person.
• Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the private client department

Person Specification

Applications are sought from experienced Private Client Solicitors and/or Legal Executives who have experience and sound understanding within Private Client.

You will also have:

• At least four years' PQE working within Private Client
• Proven ability to handle a broad range of private client matters in a fast paced environment
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• Confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to completionStrong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to detail
• Capable of working autonomously while maintaining high standards of client care
• Demonstrable experience developing and nurturing lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts
