We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Supervise and manage front-of-house.
* Efficient operation of our front of house software (Reservations and bookings)
* Communicate with our client base via whatsapp and e-mail.
* Manage basic content on social media channels.
* Deliver competent and friendly service behind the bar.
* Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Join team meetings and learn all facets of the business to drive your own development.
