The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Sales Platform Coordinator to help with ownership of our online marketplace channels, including Amazon, eBay and B&Q Marketplace. You’ll be responsible for listings, advertising, catalogue management, pricing, and sales growth across all platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build the processes, tools, and playbooks that allow us to scale efficiently across multiple digital sales channels.


What You’ll Do

* Own P&L and performance across B&Q Marketplace, eBay, Amazon
* Manage and optimise product listings: titles, descriptions, item specifics, images, and enhanced content
* Plan and run advertising & promotional campaigns (eBay Promoted Listings, Amazon PPC, B&Q ads)
* Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
* Identify growth opportunities: bundles, cross-sells, upsells, and new formats
* Maintain strong operational metrics: delivery performance, defect rates, returns, and cancellations
* Ensure accurate stock and data sync across platforms, monitoring lead times and feed integrations
* Analyse performance: build dashboards, run tests, and report on conversion, RoAS, ASP, and revenue
* Document and systematise processes, while identifying opportunities for automation and scaling


Who You Are

* 3+ years’ proven experience managing digital sales channels (B&Q Marketplace, eBay, Amazon or similar)
* Strong knowledge of platform mechanics: eBay Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, marketplace promotions, and ranking factors
* Confident with data: Excel/Sheets (pivots, LOOKUPs), analytics tools; BI dashboards a plus
* Commercially minded: understands fees, shipping, margins, and unit economics
* Detail-oriented with a focus on clean, accurate listings and compliance
* Process-driven: you build, document, and refine systems that scale
* A strong communicator who collaborates well across buying, marketing, warehouse, and customer service teams
