Main Duties
The role involves working flexibly on a Tier 2 rota of 1 in 12, covering inpatient wards, Children's Observation ward, Outpatients, Neonatal Unit, Paediatric Emergency Department, and Maternity Unit for high-risk deliveries. It includes responsibilities in Clinical Audit, Clinical Governance, and teaching medical students, nursing staff, and junior doctors.

Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential): GMC registration, MBChB or equivalent, PALS, MRCPCH Part 1 or equivalent.

Experience (Essential): 12 months’ broad medical specialty experience.
Desirable: Three years in Paediatrics and Neonates, including six months in a UK Regional Neonatal Unit.
