About the Role We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Teaching Assistant to support young people with Autism within our inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with class teachers and the SEND team to provide tailored support that enables students to achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students develop confidence, independence, communication skills, and positive relationships.
