Project Controls Specialists – All Levels
Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries. We are looking to expand our Controls community across all levels.
We are seeking passionate and ambitious candidates for Planning and Scheduling / Performance Reporting / Risk Management roles within the Northwest region. The role involves traveling within the region as required.
Responsibilities
* Provide performance reporting and analysis support on high‑profile infrastructure projects.
* Work with cost and planning engineers to develop work breakdown structures and performance baselines.
* Establish progress and cost monitoring methods.
* Produce project control reports and provide performance analysis and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
* Qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with experience in a project control environment.
* Experience in a project or programme management environment with responsibility for delivery or controls.
* Experience with controls software such as Primavera (P6), Power BI, Microsoft Office Applications.
* Reliable and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Strong time management, communication skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
* Demonstrable knowledge of best practice planning principles.
* Technical competence in schedule construction.
* Experience with assurance reviews using tools such as Primavera Schedlog, Acumen Fuse, DCMA 14 Point Checklist, or a conscientious self‑checking attitude.
* Effective schedule monitoring and control including baseline management, planning workshops, progress data collection, performance measurement, variance reporting, and issue escalation.
* Evaluation of project status.
* Ownership of driving a positive can‑do culture in schedule management.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role and must be adhered to where applicable.
