Site MEP QA Manager\n \nAdminister, action and monitor the project quality control plan in coordination with the Quality Control Manager, the Project Manager and the client’s requirements \nCreate, update and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control reports \nEnforce project quality control plans and associated standards \nReview submittals for conformance with project specifications by direct review and by leveraging the knowledge and experience of others in the project team when necessary \nMaintain continuous presence at the site during progress of the work \nProvide written QC reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with each specific project's established standard and constructively confronts non-conformances to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner \nDocument and distribute QA punch lists and the completion of these lists \nResponsible for maintaining QA procedures on site and keeping all relevant records, files and reports for inspections \nAssisting individuals on site in respect of QA procedures that were set up and are to be followed, monitoring their work and bring up the standards where necessary \nAttend preconstruction meetings where required and assist QC Manager with all Quality Issues \nDocument such meetings in QC report \nAssist Project Team with any QA question(s) \nMaintain continuous reporting to QC Manager and Project Manager \nAssist with relevant project needs where necessary \nConfront non-conformances to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner \nPrepare and track all RFI’s and DCVR’s for submission to the client and the designer \nAttend preconstruction meetings with new and existing subcontractors prior to the start of each new phase of the work to discuss issues that affect quality \nMaintains the project "as-built" drawings on a daily basis \nSchedule, document the results of, and maintain a log of all code and independent inspections that are required \nClearly document, correct and re-inspect all non-conformances prior to completing the work \nDocument final inspections Salary: £40K - £45k\n Working hours: 7:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30am-4pm on Friday.\n Location: Southwark and Bermondsey
