You will be required to act confidently as the first point of contact for staff, visitors and partners in this multi-agency environment, and support the opening and closing of hubs as required.

You will be required to support Health & Safety processes and report and monitor any building faults.

We are looking for someone with administrative experience and who is confident dealing with a variety of responsibilities. You should have knowledge and experience in using a range of IT packages, including Microsoft Office and other applications.

You will be responsible for handling sensitive information, checking and recording data, as well as liaising with colleagues to arrange a variety of meetings.

The role is varied and interesting and we can offer opportunities for personal training and development within the service.

About you:

What we can offer:

In return we can offer you:

* 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Generous contributory pension scheme
* Training and an ongoing plan for development
* Employee focused support and staff groups
* A rewarding and meaningful career
* Access to Kent Rewards, which provides discounts on many local and national brands for services and products.
