About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the usual class teacher. You’ll be expected to manage the classroom, maintain positive behaviour, and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task. The school has a strong inclusive ethos, with pupils who may have a range of learning needs, including mild to moderate SEN.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering set lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a focused environment
* Supporting students with varying abilities, including those with SEN
* Ensuring continuity of learning during staff absences
* Collaborating with school staff and following school policies
