Support Engineer/Specialist
Type: Contract
Mode: 5 Dyas on site in a week
Location: Brighton, UK
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of both
software and hardware systems

* Hands-on experience with
Microsoft SCCM
– deployments, task sequences, application packaging, etc.
* Proficiency in
Windows OS
(especially Windows 10/11) – installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
* Prior experience in managing and supporting
Windows OS migration projects
.
* Familiarity with creating and deploying
system images
.
* Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software/hardware-related issues.
* Strong analytical thinking with excellent
problem-solving
capabilities.
* Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
* Ability to provide effective
user support
in person or remotely.
