The Company
This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment business focusing on international hires into mainly Europe and North America. They work with early-stage funded clients up to stock market-listed clients, providing access to top-tier brands, collaborating across the business, and traveling to meet clients internationally. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, emphasizing organic growth and strong client partnerships, including communities, face-to-face events, and close work with the marketing and events teams.
The Role
You will be hiring IT professionals across Europe. There is a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. This desk is primarily permanent, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also considered. The company is interested if you'd like to focus on a very senior market, as they have an executive search division working on retained assignments.
The Package
* Senior Recruitment Consultants earn a basic salary of £30,000-£40,000
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission rates of 20% to 30% beyond a £6,000 threshold, even on existing client accounts

The Requirements
* Proven success in 360 recruitment, with experience in client acquisition
* At least 2 years of recruitment experience
* Experience in international hiring is a plus
* Must currently reside in the UK with reasonable commute to the office
* IT recruitment experience is essential
* Experience using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is desirable
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
