Founding Account Executive – AI for Health & Social Care (London, on-site) £60K-£80K+ incl. equity DOE


Are you a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional with experience in SaaS, tech, or healthtech? I’m representing a fast-growing AI start-up transforming how health and social care teams manage operations, workflows, and decision-making. Driven by a founder with three successful health and social care enterprises, they’ve already secured £1M+ in contracted value in four months, have £500K committed toward a $6M seed round, and are now hiring their first commercial hire to help take the business into its next phase of growth.


This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor with equity, ownership, and a genuine pathway into senior leadership as the team scales.


Role Overview

As the founding sales hire, you’ll be a core part of building the commercial function from scratch. You’ll engage deeply with health and social care providers, run the early sales motion, and contribute directly to GTM strategy, product feedback loops, and future commercial hiring.


This role is hands-on, ambitious, and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. They’re looking for someone who’s ready to drive growth forward, working closely with the founders, so the willingness to be on site 5 days a week in central London will be important!


Key Responsibilities

* Generate, qualify, and manage early-stage pipeline across social care and health organisations
* Own outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Conduct discovery calls and support product demo preparation
* Feed real-time market insights back into product and GTM strategy
* Help shape messaging, outreach playbooks, and CRM workflows
* Contribute to building a repeatable, scalable sales engine
* Represent the company with empathy, care, and mission-driven intent


Experience & Background

* 2+ years’ experience in SaaS, tech, B2B services, or health/social care sales
* Demonstrable track record delivering pipeline and hitting targets
* Experience with complex or consultative sales cycles preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
* Genuine interest in AI, health, social care, or mission-led technology
