Are you a Qualified English Teacher looking for a full time role within a secondary school?
Connex Education are looking Qualified English Teachers to work with multiple schools in the Newcastle area.
Role Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons across key stages 3 and 4 to mixed ability groups.
* Mark and assess students whilst working in line with school and departmental policies.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
* Contribute positively to the English department and whole school initiatives.
Requirements
* Qualified Teachers Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills (QTLS) is essential.
* Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4 levels.
* Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills.
* A real passion for supporting students progress and achieve.
