Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team. Based at our Head Office in Solihull (B37 7YB), with UK travel required, you will lead our training strategy, ensure compliance, and support employee growth across the organization.
This role offers an opportunity to shape learning initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and build organizational capability.
Main Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize training needs, manage training requests and records, support L&D strategy implementation, design and deliver leadership programs, evaluate training effectiveness, manage relationships with providers, support apprenticeship and graduate programs, and maintain training matrices aligned with our Learning Management System. Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes, systems, and policies.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development, proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role, strong understanding of the full learning cycle, excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and industry standards is desirable. Experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
