As a leader, you will guide and mentor your team, facilitating on-the-job training and ensuring exposure to all aspects of the business services line.Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the management team, supporting the delivery of service line targets and overall business success.
* Identify complex client challenges and lead the development of practical, value-driven solutions through collaborative team expertise.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, pitching for business, and preparing tender proposals.
* Foster a high-performing, supportive team environment by ensuring team members have the skills, resources, and guidance needed to excel.
* Lead on performance management, including conducting reviews, setting clear objectives, and promoting a culture of fairness, diversity, and inclusion.

Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required:
* Project management skills and the ability to manage large, complex clients.
* Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office 365.
* Excellent communication skills for effective and collaborative teamwork.
* Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
* ACA or ACCA qualified, or a minimum of five years' relevant experience.
* Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage teams in a professional services environment.
