A specialist SEN school in the Chorley area is looking to welcome a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. Initially offered on a temporary basis, this role provides the opportunity to secure a permanent position once you have built experience and demonstrated your commitment.
About the Role:
* Full-time, term-time only
* Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication needs, and complex learning difficulties
* Working alongside teachers and support staff to deliver personalised learning and encourage positive engagement
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support
* Contributing to students’ social, emotional, and educational development
