* Act on non-contentious construction matters: NEC/JCT contracts, development agreements, collateral warranties, bonds & guarantees.

Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years PQE in non-contentious construction law.
* Good experience with standard building contracts and developer/contractor side documentation.
* Proactive, client-facing, comfortable working in a growing team.
