Reporting to the Finance Business Partner (Estates & Facilities), you will work closely with tenants, budget holders and colleagues across the directorate, providing high‑quality financial information, insight, and support to enable effective decision‑making and delivery of the Estates Strategy.
You will play a key role in managing service charge recharging for tenanted properties across our client’s estate. This will include overseeing designated budgets, coordinating month‑end and year‑end processes, and preparing clear financial information to support both operational and strategic decisions.
