Assist with classroom management and behaviour support when necessary. Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times. What We're Looking For Experience working with children in a school or similar setting. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships. Flexibility to support across different year groups (EYFS-KS2). An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
