The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
* Raising sales invoices
* Allocating cash
* Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
* Credit control
* Processing purchase invoices
* Processing expenses
* Preparing and processing payment runs
* Producing aged debt and creditor reports
* Payroll administration
* VAT returns
* Query resolution
* Financial administration
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
1. A proven track record within a similar role
2. AAT L2 or above (desirable)
3. A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
