About You
Please refer to the below points when making your application, giving examples as evidence of how you meet them.
To apply for this post, you must:
* Evidence experiences at a senior leadership level in Children's services
* Be a qualified social worker with professional registration.
* Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the statutory and legal framework for safeguarding, children in care, Care experienced, fostering and adoption.
* Able to demonstrate skill and experience in leading and developing high quality services and having a robust quality assurance framework in place.
* Evidence how you have led change programmes to design and implement high quality services and evidence how voice of children and young people is central to your work
* Ability to manage complex budgets to ensure services are run effectively and efficiently and a good use of public resources.
* Experience and ability to manage and develop a large workforce.
You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to,equality, diversity and inclusion.
In addition, we also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the selection process.
