Maintenance Electrician – Wastewater Treatment(Leven,Fife)
Circa £40,000 per annum + overtime (time & a half)
37 hours per week | Day shift | Monday–Friday
First Achieves engineering department are working with a well-established organisation within the water and wastewater sectorwho are seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join their site-based maintenance team at a Wastewater Treatment Works in Leven.
This role offers a stableweekday schedule, strongearning potential throughovertime, and the opportunity to work within critical national infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities of the role include
* Carry out plannedand reactive electrical maintenance on site
* Electrical fault findingand diagnostics
* Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals
* Work with PLCs and star/delta starters
* Support mechanical fitterswhen required
* Assist in the development of apprentice engineers
* Contribute to a structured site maintenance regime
Essential experience for the role
1. Time-served electrician or HNC Equivalent qualification in Electrical engineering
2. 18th Edition qualified
3. Strong electrical fault-finding capability
