In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing human capital management data within the Workday platform. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the management of HCM data within the Workday system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
* Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement data governance frameworks.
* Analyse and report on HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
* Provide training and support to staff on HCM data processes and systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues in a timely manner.
Required Experience & Skills
* Must have proven experience as a Workday HCM Data Lead or in a similar data management role.
* Required strong knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices.
* Mandatory expertise in Workday HCM configurations and data structures.
* Necessary project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time.
* Certified Workday HCM professional (preferred).

* Legal work eligibility in the applicable jurisdiction.
* Mandatory experience in data analysis and reporting within Workday HCM.
* Required minimum of 5 years in a related HCM or data management role.
Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Familiarity with additional HR systems and tools.
* Experience with data visualization software is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
