About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
* Preparing accurate financial reports and forecasts to support business planning.
* Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting processes.
* Collaborating with leadership teams to support strategic financial initiatives.
* Undertaking ad hoc projects and tasks to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a hands-on accounting role, ideally within a financial services environment.
* A solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to hit the ground running and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
