WHAT IS ON OFFER Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Implementation Analyst to join our IT team here in Liverpool. In this role you will work as part of a small IT Implementation team, supporting and working alongside experienced Analysts in the delivery of new software implementations. You’ll support the delivery process by training users, tailoring software configurations to meet precise specifications, and collaborating closely with customers to validate solutions and ensure their requirements are fully met. To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE Required Competencies Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Analytical mindset with ability to resolve complex business problems with excellent user outcomes. Comfortable demonstrating software processes to potentially large audiences and senior management. User focussed, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and champion user needs. Accountable, taking ownership of the implementation of configuration specifications and technical issues. Effective communication of business change and processes. Technical Specification SQL skills, with ability to write queries and execute simple update statements (desirable). Ability to write basic javascript expressions (desirable). Application bug diagnostics (desirable): - Log analysis. - Debugging. Required Work Experience Experience using tools such as Asana, Redmine, Git and Google Apps (desirable). Experience/knowledge of any LIMS systems (desirable). Required Qualifications Educated to degree level (high grade) or above - Chemistry degree desirable. Required Languages Spanish - business proficiency (desirable). Travel Opportunities to travel internationally.
