Office Administrator We are a bespoke joinery company producing high-end products for private and business clients. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the directors and other staff in day to day running of the business, handling a wide range of administrative tasks. Office Administrator Duties and responsibilities include * Scheduling meetings with clients * Maintaining records * Managing a generic email box * Working with project managers to prepare job packs * Ordering materials and co-ordinating with suppliers * Tracking of orders * Organising machine and vehicle maintenance * Organising building maintenance * Assisting the Finance Manager with invoicing and payroll and providing cover when she is on leave * Managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment Office Administrator Requirements * Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team * Organised and diligent * Able to work under pressure to meet set goals * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint * Attention to detail * Good communications skills * Basic accounting skills * Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards * Commercially aware Hours of work 25-40 per week, possible flexibility around school hours Why join us? * Become an integral part of a supportive and dynamic team * Make a direct impact on the daily operations of the workplace * Develop and grow your administrative skill set in a professional environment
