About the Role
We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to support children and young people in small, nurturing residential homes. Due to the needs of the young people, including 2:1 staffing requirements, we are expanding the team to provide greater flexibility and consistency of care.
You will work as part of a dedicated staff team to provide high-quality, child-centred care, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The homes support a maximum of two young people at any one time (or up to three if siblings), ensuring a calm, stable, and outcomes-focused environment.
Working Pattern
This role operates on a3-week rolling rota, consisting of7 shifts over 3 weeks.
Example rota:
* Week 1:18-hour shift / 15-hour shift / 18-hour shift
* Week 2:15-hour shift / 18-hour shift
* Week 3:18-hour shift / 15-hour shift / 18-hour shift
