Role
Lead a high‑impact HR Shared Services team delivering fast, accurate, and employee‑focused support across two major regions. This role combines leadership, hands‑on case management, and operational coordination—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, growing environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop the Case Management & Employee Support team.
* Ensure high‑quality, timely resolution of Tier 0/1 HR queries and transactions.
* Oversee case triage, routing, escalations, and VIP case management.
* Drive accuracy and compliance in all HR transactions—onboarding, changes, exits, data updates.
* Partner closely with the HR Operations team and Malaysia HRSS hub to ensure smooth handovers and consistent service.
* Monitor KPIs and service quality, identifying opportunities for process and service improvement.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regional employment regulations.
* Support operational planning, coverage coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance employee experience.
About You
* 6–7+ years in HR operations/HRSS with experience handling high‑volume cases.
* 3+ years leading or mentoring HR teams.
* Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, case management tools, and data accuracy best practices.
* Solid understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and multi‑jurisdiction HR compliance.
* Experience handling escalations and VIP cases with professionalism and discretion.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset—you thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills; fluent English is essential (additional German, Swedish or Finnish speaking is a plus).
* A passion for coaching, improving processes, and elevating the employee experience.
Working Conditions
Typical climate‑controlled and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Safety & Quality
