Role
Concession Store Manager – Ambassador of these magical moments, and the heart of our award-winning retail business and NEXT mini site partnership. We are recruiting a Concession Store Manager for our Arndale Concession Store, based within the NEXT store in Manchester city centre.
Our Mamas & Papas Concession stores have won recognition across the UK for their use of space and design as a shop-within-a-shop partnership with NEXT.
Responsibilities
As our new Concession Store Manager, you will:
* lead and inspire your store team (approximately 3 supervisors, 5 sales assistants) to deliver the best customer experience;
* create and utilise commercial sales reports and local marketing knowledge to drive footfall and brand awareness;
* use current and future trends to make effective commercial decisions to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving ATV and KPI performance for your store;
* embody Mamas & Papas brand values in daily operations and customer interactions.
