Looking to recruit a skilled Painter/Decorator to join a leading Housing Association in Eastleigh on a temp : perm basis
Offering GBP21.00ph CIS + company van and fuel card and benefits
* Undertake a variety of tasks to include, glossing, emulsion, papering, filling, applying mould treatments and remedial tiling or plaster if needed
* Responsible for conducting ventilation surveys, and completing make:good decoration work in our customers homes.
* Carry out effective treatment and remediation work, including cleaning, sealing, and repairing affected areas.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence is a must as company van is provided
* Well organised, with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge
* Previous experience working in Domestic properties, ideally in a social housing environment
