We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team for a new Startup for a unique concept in catering setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail. The Job provides an excellent work life balance and not in a restaurant setting. Provides 5 day work culture Sunday - Thursday
Duties
* Develop the catering Menu
* Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards
* Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
* Create innovative and appealing menu items while maintaining cost efficiency
* Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
* Supervise food production to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
Skills
* Proficient in multi cuisine culinary techniques and kitchen operations
* Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Experience in menu development and cost control
* Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and trends
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
