Role Title: Sales Desk Executive – 6 Months FTC
Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week
Location: Gloucester, Hybrid (Office and home‑based)
At Marlowe Environmental Services – part of Mitie Company, we look for a Sales Desk Executive/Technical Estimator to support the Sales Team by delivering high‑quality quotations and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Role Responsibilities
* Create high volumes of Water Hygiene and Treatment quotes on behalf of regional Field Sales staff
* Support Field Sales teams with contract renewal quotations
* Proactively follow up and issue quotes on behalf of Account Managers
* Handle and divert incoming sales‑related calls on a rotational basis
* Ensure timely and accurate quote turnaround to maximise conversion rates
Required Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills with excellent numerical ability
* IT literate, including Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Excel
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team (previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided)
