A superb role is now available with a highly successful, international property investment business. They are now looking for a HR Operations Manager to join their highly collegiate team. This business have 5000 staff globally however this role will cover a UK, EU and APAC remit consisting of 1200 employees. The HR Team providing a first class service to this population stands at 17 people strong. They pride themselves not only on HR culture but business culture being genuinely kind, considerate, hard working and caring. It is also an environment where colleagues genuinely help each other help so you can expect excellent support but also to not just focus on your work but have the change to swim outside of your lane as well. The HR Operations Manager will be both the engine room of HR and also be the 2 to the CPO. Responsibilities will be broad and diverse and will cover a spectrum of HR delivery, projects, systems, business partnering, management, implementation and process improvements as well as interlinking between the international offices. This role will suit candidates that have a strong HR Operations background that also have proven experience in a fast paced Financial Services or Property/Real Estate environment. They use Workday so it would be very beneficial if the incoming candidate has solid experience of using this as well. Candidates will also need experience of delivering HR projects in a busy and demanding environment as well as excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. An additional bound would be if candidates can speak either German, French, Spanish or Arabic (as well as English) however this isn't a deal breaker.
