Role Overview
Working directly with Recruitment Advisors, Recruiting Managers, and candidates, you will be the main point of contact for the recruitment process within your assigned divisions. Your responsibilities include:
1. Preparing all documentation and information needed by recruiting managers before interviews.
2. Ensuring candidates progress through pre-employment screening swiftly and efficiently without compromising quality, including face-to-face employment checks for some applicants.
3. Providing comprehensive, efficient, and responsive recruitment and selection services to the Trust.
4. Supporting administrative aspects of recruitment and collaborating closely with the Human Resources team, including providing cover as needed.
