Garage Door Service & Repair Engineer – Join the Doormatic Team
Salary: £29,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonuses & Overtime
Location: South East (Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire, London) – travel required
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am start (or 8:00am on-site)

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Garage Door Service & Repair Engineer to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
Depending on your experience, you’ll report to either the Installations Manager or Servicing Manager and work on:

Installation: Fitting manual and electric garage doors to the highest standards across residential properties.
*
Service & Repair: Diagnosing faults, completing repairs, and servicing a wide range of garage doors, including up-and-over, roller, sectional, and side-hinged models.
What We’re Looking For
We’re particularly keen to hear from those with previous garage door fitting or servicing experience.
Essential requirements:

Proven experience with garage door installations and/or repairs
*
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
*
Practical, hands-on skills with attention to detail
*
Customer-focused, professional, and friendly approach
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with carpentry, joinery, or mechanical/electrical fitting will also be considered if you have worked with garage doors previously.
