What you will be doing...
* Champion the guest and owner experience by turning feedback into actions that improve service, performance and satisfaction.
* Support the team in meeting and exceeding guest experience targets.
* Help train and develop the experience team to deliver exceptional service.
* Manage telephones during operational hours to ensure seamless communication.
* Host unforgettable forums, drop-ins, and social events that delight the park’s community.
* Support in the management of budgetary costs for owner sales and monitor and maintain effective cost controls.
