The Opportunity This role offers the chance to take full strategic leadership of a growing international manufacturer at a pivotal stage of transformation. Reporting to the board, you will shape the companys direction by driving growth across people, products, markets and operations. The position carries responsibility for hiring and developing high-performing teams, expanding manufacturing capability, launching new product lines, and entering new target markets and international regions. You will also strengthen the companys global presence by establishing and managing new agents and strategic partners. Candidate Profile We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in manufacturing who combines commercial acumen with operational excellence. You will have: A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior leadership role within manufacturing. A background in sales or commercial management, with a deep understanding of how to grow revenue across domestic and international markets. The strategic insight to lead business transformation and deliver sustainable growth. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving a performance culture.
