GSL Education are delighted to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher for schools in the S70 and S71 areas of Barnsley. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that develop problem-solving skills, numerical fluency, and logical thinking. You will foster a positive learning environment where pupils feel supported and challenged to achieve their best. Key Duties: Plan and deliver high-quality maths lessons in line with the curriculum. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress. Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour standards. Contribute to departmental planning and school initiatives. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working as a Maths Teacher in a secondary school setting. Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
